海外旅行中にまさかの緊急事態発生！福岡から台湾へ、国際搬送サポート

海外旅行中の突然の病気…想像するだけで不安ですよね。ましてや異国の地で入院となると、心細さは計り知れません。今回、私たちはそんな状況に陥ってしまった台湾からの患者様の帰国を、民間救急として全力でサポートさせていただきました！

 

　

 

熊本県から福岡県への観光中に緊急入院された奥様。「手術は台湾で受けたい、一刻も早く帰国したい」という強いご希望を受け、かなりタイトなスケジュールではありましたが、関係各所とのスピーディーな連携で、福岡空港国際線ターミナルから ターマックアクセス（駐機場への直接乗り入れ） という特別な許可を得て、ストレッチャーで航空機内へ！

 

　

 

発病から間もない時期だったため、看護師含む3名体制で万全のサポート。

病院から付き添ってくださったのは、奥様を心から愛するご主人様と、優しい息子様。最初は心配と緊張の面持ちでしたが、看護師が積極的にコミュニケーションを取り、日本語がとてもお上手なお二人との会話はスムーズ！おかげで、終始安心して移動していただけました。

 

 

無事に奥様を航空機内のベッドへお連れできた時には、ご主人様と息子様と熱い握手を交わしました。その時の安堵と感謝の表情は、私たちにとって何よりの喜びです。

「また元気になって日本に遊びに来てくださいね！」私も何を隠そう、台湾が大好きなんです。 心から回復をお祈りしています！

Sudden illness while traveling abroad…just imagining it is unsettling, isn’t it? And being hospitalized in a foreign country can be incredibly lonely. In this case, as a private emergency service, we offered our full support to a patient from Taiwan who found herself in just such a situation and returned home!

A wife was urgently hospitalized while sightseeing in Fukuoka Prefecture from Kumamoto Prefecture. She strongly desired to have her surgery in Taiwan and return home as soon as possible. Despite a tight schedule, we quickly coordinated with all relevant parties and obtained special tarmac access (direct entry onto the parking area) from the Fukuoka Airport International Terminal, allowing her to board the plane on a stretcher!

Because she had only recently fallen ill, we had a team of three people, including a nurse, to provide thorough support.
Accompanying her from the hospital were her loving husband and his kind son. They looked worried and nervous at first, but the nurses proactively communicated with them, and the conversation with the couple, who spoke excellent Japanese, flowed smoothly! Thanks to this, the flight was safe and sound from start to finish.

When we safely escorted the wife to her bed on the plane, we exchanged warm handshakes with the husband and son. The look of relief and gratitude on their faces at that moment was the greatest joy for us.

“Please come visit Japan again when you’re feeling better!” I’ll admit it, I love Taiwan too. I sincerely pray for your recovery!
